Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can focus without interruptions.
Read the text and familiarize yourself with the concepts and ideas presented.
Begin the process by gently touching your index finger to the space one inch (2.5 centimeters) above the position of your third eye. Note that you don't need to maintain physical contact throughout the process.
Hold your awareness on your pineal for 10 seconds, focusing your attention on this area.
Take a conscious breath, breathing in through your mouth and exhaling through your mouth. Imagine this breath as a soft wind flowing into the space of your pineal.
Wait until you sense an opening or feel a shift happening within your brain. This signifies that you are realigning your awareness within a different framework of brain function.
Introduce the sacred sound "arn" into the space. Feel, sense, or imagine an activation and alignment to an alternate frequency setting or flow within your brain. Continue utilizing this sound until you experience a sense of completion.
Take another conscious breath and allow yourself to deepen your alignment within this changing frequency or flow.
Choose to let go within this space by opening your awareness deeper into the feeling of love that you perceive, see, or sense.
Introduce the sacred sound "arn" once again into the flowing waves that you perceive, see, or sense.
Within this space, begin to see, sense, or feel the flowing waves and the spheres of light that are being transmitted from the universe into you, realigning and repositioning you within the shifting brain waves.
When you feel that this process is complete for now, bring your awareness back to your index finger on your pineal position and re-align back into your physical body.
Take a moment to integrate the experience, allowing the energy and insights to settle within you.
Remember that this process involves tapping into a more expansive, multi-dimensional space within yourself. Avoid trying to understand the process with your ego mind, as it is not meant to be comprehended from a third-dimensional perspective.
Repeat this process daily to work through the changes created within your brain waves, enabling you to move away from the limited perception of the ego mind.
Embrace self-acceptance and honor all the roles you have played and experiences you have had as a human being. Reflect on the zigzag path of your journey on Earth and accept all aspects of your life as part of your creation.
Understand that each individual experience is equally valuable, and by accepting all aspects of yourself, you take responsibility for your own creation.
