Basic Meditation & Energy work

If you can’t clearly visualize the ball of light, don’t worry. What’s more important is that you feel its presence. Know that it’s there, radiating above you.

Step 4: Draw the Energy Into Your Body

Now, visualize the brilliant white ball of light shining even more brightly, with rays of light touching your head and forehead. This light is filled with the purest goodness and the greatest spiritual power, directly connected to the divine source of all creation. As the ball of light strengthens, it begins to release a powerful beam of white light that flows down through the top of your head. This beam fills your entire being with strength, purity, and love. Visualize the light moving from your head down through your throat, chest, and stomach, all the way to your genitals and legs.

As the light travels through your body, it’s activating your inner energy system, filling you with the vast power of the universe. Your whole being—body, mind, and soul—is receiving this cleansing, energizing light. Picture it removing any negative energy, leaving you filled with joy and love directly from the depths of the universe.

Feel the vibrant force of the light as it flows down through your body, all the way to your feet. Imagine it charging up in your feet, filling your entire being with its immense spiritual power. You should now visualize your entire body glowing with a bright white light, flowing from the ball of light above your head, through your body, and down to your feet. Stay with this image for a moment, feeling the light's energy flow through and empower you from within.

Step 5: Release the Energy Back Up

Now that the light has filled your entire body and intensified in your feet, it’s time to release that energy and send it back up. Visualize the brilliant white light shooting up from your feet, moving through your legs, rising into your stomach, solar plexus, and chest. Feel it spreading out through your shoulders, down your arms, and into your hands. Imagine this energy flowing out of your hands, radiating into the infinite space around you.

As the energy leaves through your hands, visualize it cleansing you completely. All negative energy, tension, and stress are being flushed out, replaced by fresh, positive energy filled with love, strength, and spiritual power. This power comes directly from the universal source, filling you with vitality and peace.

You are now releasing all the negative energy you’ve built up and replacing it with the most positive, pure energy that can be imagined. Know that you are connected to the greatest power in existence, and it’s filling you with joy, love, and spiritual strength.
