Breaking Free

External Influences & Unseen Forces

The Elite who rule Earth, along with the evil energies and entities born from duality, maintain their control by using various forms of external influences against the population. These influences aren't just physical or societal—they often come in the form of spiritual manipulation. One of their primary tools is telepathy, where they can implant thoughts directly into your mind, making you believe those thoughts are your own.

They don't stop at influencing your mind—they also manipulate your spiritual experiences. They create false spiritual realms, such as certain interpretations of Christianity, and use deceptive guides to lead you through these constructed realities. This isn’t to say that figures like Jesus were themselves deceitful, but the institutions that claim to represent them can use their image for control and deception.

Many of the popular channeled messages in the New Age movement are not as free from control as they might seem. These channeled entities often present themselves as advanced beings offering spiritual truths, but in reality, they are another layer of manipulation, feeding your spiritual hunger with new belief systems designed to keep you dependent on their guidance rather than discovering your own True Self.

Spiritual hunger is a natural part of being human. At your core, you are a deeply spiritual being, and this inner knowledge drives your search for meaning. Religions and spiritual movements become popular because they offer a way to satisfy this need. But many of these paths are part of the Trap System, providing only superficial or misleading answers. The only real way to find truth is by turning inward through meditation. It is through this practice that you can connect with your True Self, guided by your intuition rather than external entities.

These negative entities—whether through telepathy, technology, religious structures, or the media—try to influence your mind to shape specific thought patterns, behaviors, and emotions. They work on both spiritual and physical levels, manipulating people's perception of reality.

Many so-called spiritual experiences—from meetings with angels or demons to encounters with spirit guides—take place on lower levels of existence. These realms are often far removed from the Higher Self and are instead weak reflections of a fragment of true reality. This is why some people, including murderers or serial killers, claim they were "told by God" to commit heinous acts. These experiences are manipulated by lower entities, far from the true essence of divine or higher spiritual planes.

The good news is that there are ways to differentiate the bad from the good, whether from external influences or unseen spiritual forces. By learning to recognize and reject these negative influences, you can protect your mind and spirit from being manipulated. It requires discernment, the ability to trust your inner guidance, and a commitment to breaking free from the illusions designed to control you.

Through the power of meditation and the pursuit of true self-awareness, you can rise above these manipulations and reconnect with your Higher Self, where true freedom and clarity reside.

Mind Control Influences

Mind control is a significant form of external influence, carefully used by the corrupt Elite to prevent people from discovering their true selves. The methods they employ are designed to distract and manipulate, keeping humanity trapped in the Trap System. While some of these tactics may already be familiar, others might surprise you and open your eyes to how deeply these controls run.

Religion

Religion remains a powerful tool for thought control, especially since it is intertwined with spiritual experiences. In many parts of the world, it continues to shape beliefs, behaviors, and personal values. Religion offers people a sense of purpose and community, but it is also used as a means to control how people think and live. This form of mind control works so well because it contains partial truths about spirituality. These truths are twisted and repurposed to maintain authority and prevent individuals from seeking their true spiritual path beyond the confines of religious dogma.

For many, the structure of religious teachings creates a mental framework that limits free thinking and self-discovery. While it appeals to our inherent need for spiritual connection, religion often channels that energy into systems designed to uphold certain societal orders, rather than guiding people toward their own inner truth.

Technology

Mind control is pervasive, and much of it operates through technologies based on wavelengths and vibrations, which directly affect how our minds function. These forms of control manipulate mental and physical states, often without us even realizing it. Let’s break down the various methods used and how they impact us.

  1. Wavelength Technology and Sound Waves
Vibrations affect everything, especially the mind. Sound waves are a powerful example, as they can induce various states, from relaxation to excitement. Most of us are familiar with how music can shift our mood, but sound operates on much deeper levels. Frequencies, both audible and inaudible, can influence our brain in profound ways. Some of these frequencies can even bypass our conscious awareness.
Certain sound frequencies are used to manipulate people by "dumbing them down," making them more open to suggestion. These sounds can be played at levels that the human ear can’t perceive—either too high or too low—but they still have an impact on the brain, tuning it into a specific state. Many of these sound-based technologies have found their way into spiritual practices, with programs like hemi-sync, binaural beats, and tools like Neuro-Programmer, Brainwave Generator, and I-Doser helping people achieve altered states of mind.
While these technologies can be used for positive spiritual or meditative experiences, they also highlight how unseen frequencies can influence your mind. The same principles are at work in radio frequencies and emitting signals, which, though undetectable to your senses, can have profound mental and physical effects.
  2. The Brain’s Reaction to Wavelengths
The brain automatically synchronizes itself to external signals, whether they are sound waves, light, or radio frequencies. When exposed to these signals, your brain can "tune in" and align with them, affecting your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This makes you more susceptible to outside influences, whether it’s suggestions, hypnotic commands, or even emotional states like fear or aggression.
For instance, radio waves are especially dangerous. Though invisible and undetectable without special equipment, they can be used to control or influence large groups of people. It’s easy to imagine how such technology, when used by the Elite, could direct public opinion or induce mass emotional responses.
  3. The Flicker Method and Visual Frequencies
Another subtle but effective tool is the Flicker Method, which works through flickering light at specific frequencies. Televisions, monitors, and other screen-based technologies often use this method. The flicker rate can induce altered states of mind similar to what sound frequencies do, and the combination of both light and sound waves can profoundly affect how people think and behave.
  4. The Spiritual Method
Beyond technological manipulation, the Elite also employ what is known as the Spiritual Method. This method, while often ignored in mainstream studies, is a highly effective form of psychic influence. Through spiritual practices, the Elite can project psychic energies carrying specific charges that can "inject" thoughts, ideas, and assumptions into people’s minds.
Although it may sound improbable to many, spiritual attacks are among the most common forms of mind control. These attacks can range from symbolic manipulation, where charged symbols (common in media, advertisements, and architecture) carry specific energies, to complex rituals designed to affect large populations.
One significant example of this is the 9/11 attacks, which served as a "mega ritual" with several layers of influence. While the physical devastation is widely known, the spiritual and psychic impact of the event was equally powerful, designed to instill fear, compliance, and specific emotional states in people.
  5. Protection Against Mind Control
The good news is that the mind—both mental and spiritual—holds incredible power. It is the most powerful tool, or even weapon, in the universe. With awareness and practice, you can protect yourself from these external influences. The first step is recognizing that such methods are being used against you. Once you are aware, you can begin to block these negative energies using the powers you already possess.
This doesn’t happen overnight, but through mental discipline and spiritual practice, you can create a barrier against mind control, be it from technological or spiritual sources. Meditation, mindfulness, and focused intent are essential tools in reclaiming your autonomy and shielding yourself from these negative forces.

Other External Influences that Affect Thought Patterns

Humans are constantly subjected to external influences, ranging from energies and entities to the thoughts and actions of other human beings. These forces shape our thoughts, behaviors, and perceptions, often without us being fully aware of it. Below is an overview of these influences and how they impact our minds and daily lives:

The Collective Consciousness

Carl Jung introduced the concept of Collective Consciousness, referring to the shared knowledge, experiences, and emotions of all humankind. This collective mind affects every individual, as we are all connected to it. The Elite or other controlling entities can inject thought-forms into this collective, influencing the entire population. It's like a "Master User Interface" that doesn’t target specific individuals but affects large groups at once.

The Dream World

Our dreams are closely linked to the collective consciousness and are highly susceptible to external manipulation. While in the dream state, we are more vulnerable to mind control and programming. Entities can implant ideas or control our emotions and thoughts while we sleep, making us more open to suggestion and influence when we wake.

Hypnosis

Humans are naturally prone to hypnotic suggestions, which can be used for both positive and negative purposes. Through subliminal messaging, various groups and entities can influence your thoughts and behaviors. For example, the media, governments, religions, and political leaders often use hypnosis to subtly shape public opinion. On spiritual and non-physical planes, astral entities such as vampires, angels, and demons can use hypnosis to control or influence individuals.

Archetypes

Archetypes are universal symbols or patterns within the collective consciousness that influence human behavior. These are energies or entities that live within the human psyche, affecting all of us at different degrees. Unlike targeted entities like angels or demons, archetypes are more general forces that influence larger groups, often working as part of the Collective Consciousness.

The Elite

The Elite—a group of entities controlling the planet—are responsible for many of the mind control techniques used to manipulate the population. They engage in rituals and spiritual warfare to maintain control, employing various psychological, spiritual, and technological methods to keep the masses in a state of compliance and confusion. They use every external influence mentioned here to maintain their dominance.

The Astral Plane

The Astral Plane is where most external influence takes place. It is home to angels, demons, astral vampires, and other entities that work to influence humanity. There are multiple levels within the astral realms, and humans are always connected to these planes, influencing and being influenced by them. Many entities operating on the astral plane use these methods to manipulate humans, shaping their thoughts, emotions, and actions.

Planets and Celestial Bodies

Planets and celestial bodies are not just physical objects; they are conscious entities that emit energies affecting the human psyche. Astrology is one way to interpret these influences. At birth, we absorb energies from various planets, which then shape our personalities, destinies, and even our mental states. The movement and alignment of planets continue to affect us throughout our lives, with certain planetary influences stronger in specific geographical locations.

Astral and Non-Physical Influences

Astral entities—whether consciously or unconsciously—emit energies that can deeply influence a person’s mind and body. These influences are subtle, making people believe certain thoughts or feelings are a natural part of who they are. Non-physical entities can also cause physical ailments or mental disturbances. However, not all influences are negative; some astral entities can provide positive energy, helping with healing, insights, and emotional well-being.

Earth-Based Influences

Certain locations on Earth are charged with energies that influence people’s states of mind and health. These places can either have positive energy fields that improve well-being or negative energies that deteriorate health. Earth’s grid points, ley lines, and energy spots can either enhance spiritual connections or cause negative physical and mental states. Ancient structures like pyramids and temples were often built on these energy spots to harness their positive effects.

Technological Influences

Man-made devices emit electromagnetic frequencies that can manipulate human thought patterns and behaviors. Technologies like radio waves, cell phones, broadcasting stations, and power grids often radiate negative energies that are used to control people. Many of these technologies are intentionally designed to influence your state of mind, making it easier to impose mind control on a large scale.

Human Influences

People affect each other constantly through telepathic emissions. Negative or positive thoughts, whether directed at oneself or others, create corresponding energetic influences. If you have negative thoughts about someone, those thoughts can influence that person and manifest negative energies in them. Conversely, positive thoughts generate positive energy for both the sender and the receiver. This natural energy exchange between humans is often overlooked, but it plays a significant role in how we influence each other.

Karmic and Past Life Influences

Karma refers to the energetic effects of one’s actions, both physical and mental. Past life experiences can also influence a person’s current life through energetic imprints carried over from previous incarnations. These imprints may manifest as personality traits, emotional challenges, or recurring life patterns. Although these influences can be positive or negative, they can be balanced and healed through spiritual self-work.
